Golden Challange H

A Golden Multi-Talent!

After his licensing by the Westfalian Verband in 2010 Golden Challenge H was Reserve Champion at the Stallion Performance Test in 2011, earning highest marks of all participants for ridability. Age four he won riding horse classes even against horses. He became Vice Champion at the Warendorf Bundeschampionship 2012. He was qualified for the Bundeschampionship again in 2013 and 2014 age five and six. In 2015, age seven, Golden Challenge H competed succesfully at M-level against horses.

In summer 2013 Golden Challenge H celebrated his first meaningful success in breeding, too. Out of a few foals only, that year, one of his sons became Champion of the German Foal Championship in Lienen. Bred by Ulrike Knipping in Rhede out of a mare by Mentos, the young colt met on high demand and sold quickly to a prominent sport barn in Westfalia. The following year, the full sister of the colt became Vice Champion at the Lienen Foal Championship and completed quite a unique breeding success!

Golden Challenge H is bred by Johann Hinnemann, descending from Johann's former proven foundation mare Kaprice. Golden Challenge's sire is the Multi-Champions FS Golden Moonlight, his mother is pony mare Carlotta H by FS Challenger, who is still part of the Hinnemann family. Carlotta H is a direct daughter of foundation mare Kaprice who became Bundeschampion of the three year old ponies in 1990. Most special, Kaprice was ridden to victory by Johann's daughter Tina Hinnemann, which makes the pony breed a very special affaire to the family.

Kaprice brought many highly successful foals to the Hinnemann family, amongst them four licensed stallions! The most outstanding of them is probably De Vito by Dressman I who was sold to England and took part in European Championships six times in a row under the Union Jack. Another licensed son was Top Yellow by Till the Champ, who first became winner of the stallion performance test and than became Bundeschampion twice in a row. Again, Tina Hinnemann was part of the success in 1997, when Top Yellow became Champion of the four year old ponies in Warendorf. However, in 1996 the Palomino was ridden by a certain Eva Möller, who nowdays most of you know as one of the most prominent dressage talents in Germany.

Top Yellow's full sister Tracy was labelled State Premium Mare, in fact, she became Champion of the Elite Mare show 1997. Another licensed son of Kaprice is Donnerwetter by Dancer, who was of meaningful influence to the westfalian sport pony breed. Even at present, recent double-Bundeschampion Golden West, who enjoys american ownership, still shows Kaprice in his pedigree via her son Donnerwetter! Kaprice's son Dali by Dornick B was twelve time S-class winner competing against horses at St. George and Intermediare level! According to the FN yearbook Dali won an outstanding amount of close to 6.000 Euro winning moneys during his career in sport of eleven years!

Carlotta H is a worthy daughter of Kaprice, to continue the pony breeding program of the Hinnemann family. Carlotta competed successfully in riding horse classes age three before she went in to breeding completely. Her eldest son Tim Thaler by Timberland competed in dressage up until M-level, quite like Golden Challenge H.

In 2015 Golden Challenge H was sold to the Netherlands to become the FEI pony for junior rider Annelotte Felix. Annelote and Golden Challenge H are trained by Coby van Baalen and have already become regional Champion at their first common show in the Netherlands early this year!

Golden Challenge H is available via frozen semen of highest quality. Mares are welcome at our stallion station for timely insemination through Tina Hinnemann.
